Week 2 - Part 2

Just picked 3 photo's of what is in the garden at the moment and learning how to make a collage.

Week 2 - 30th May 2012.

My homework this week was to find out what letter box format was, It refers to the size of the picture, it is a long thin rectangle just like the opening of an actual letter box. I thought this picture of a rainbow taken in Weymouth would make a nice blog.

Caught the dew on these pansies earlier today, just loved the effect.

Week 1 - 2nd May 2012

After the recent bad weather, it was nice to get out with the camera and try out the macro function.  Found this ladybird on a pansy.  I've cropped the photo to get rid of distracting leaves in the background.

The start of my year - April 2012

Here is my garden, at the start of April 2012.  Hopefully over the summer there will be lots of colour and interest.I will also blog other gardens and places that I visit that catch my eye.

I aim to get better at taking photos too and my next challenge is using the macro function on my camera.
